Fertilizer for tuberous plants
ADVANTAGES OF THE SUMIN FERTILIZER OPTIMUM COMPOSITION for the fertilization of onion flowers. Properly selected forms of nitrogen and phosphorus as well as quickly absorbable magnesium determine the proper, extended effect of the fertilizer and effective uptake of nutrients by plants. Nutrients necessary for the proper development of plants are soluble in water. The advantage of phosphorus and potassium in relation to the nitrogen contained in the fertilizer enables the proper development of bulbs and abundant flowering of plants. The fertilizer is in the form of granules, thanks to which it does not clump during storage and does not dust during use, and facilitates even spreading. Each granule contains the declared nutrients – this ensures their even distribution on the soil surface.
Fertilizer application instruction
Growing “for flower”. Before planting, 15-40 g of fertilizer for onion flowers is spread per 1 m2 of soil, then mixed with the soil with a spade and planted bulbs at any intervals according to the decorative plan. After the first leaves appear, the fertilization should be repeated with a dose of 15-40 g of fertilizer per 1 m2 of soil. Cultivation “for incoming bulbs”. Before the autumn planting of bulbs (September-October), the soil should be prepared by fertilizing it in the same way as in the “flower” cultivation. Fertilization should be continued in the spring, with the beginning of vegetation, when leaves appear, at a dose of 15-25 g of fertilizer per 1 m2 of soil and before flowering, at a dose of 25-50 g of fertilizer per 1 m2 of soil. The higher of the recommended doses is used for fertilizing soils poor in nutrients, and the lower for fertile soils.
