Mosquitos!

Sunny days and warm summer evenings encourage us to relax outdoors. Unfortunately, there are insects next to us, which, while waiting for us, will not make this rest pleasant. Most often, mosquitoes and ticks make our rest difficult. Of course, there are many chemical preparations to help us fight these unwanted guests. However, it is worth taking an interest in plants that effectively scare them away.

• Catnip is a flowering purple, lavender-like plant. It produces an essential oil that ticks and mosquitoes cannot tolerate. And flowers attract bees.
• Calamus produces an essential oil that repels ticks by as much as 80%. A decoction of rhizomes that can be sprayed on the lawn and trees is also effective in the fight against these insects.
• Tansy is a plant with intense yellow flowers. It repels mosquitoes, flies, ticks and aphids.
• Dalmatian chrysanthemum with its intense scent repels mosquitoes, ticks and ants. It contains substances that attack the nervous and muscular systems of these insects.

Słoneczne dni i ciepłe letnie wieczory zachęcają do wypoczynku na świeżym powietrzu. Niestety obok nas czają się owady, które czekając na nas nie uprzyjemnią tego wypoczynku. • Chryzantema dalmatyńska o intensywnym zapachu odstrasza komary, kleszcze i mrówki. Zawiera substancje, które atakują układ nerwowy i mięśniowy tych owadów.
